PayPal vine în Moldova
Cel mai mare sistem de intermediere a plăţilor şi transferurilor electronice de bani îşi va dezvolta afacerea şi în Moldova. Este vorba despre serviciul PayPal, prezent în peste 190 de ţări ale lumii. Experţii spun căPayPal va revoluţiona piaţa online din Moldova.
Negocierile de extindere a serviciilor PayPal în Moldova au început în toamna anului 2010.
"Noi avem un răspuns pozitiv de la Paypal în ceea ce priveşte extinderea serviciilor pentru cetăţenii Republicii Moldova. Asta înseamnă că de fapt comerţul online din Republica Moldova va putea deveni o realitate", a spus Tudor Darie, consilier al prim-ministrului.
Serviciul oferit de PayPal funcţionează ca un cont bancar, doar că toate operaţiunile sunt electronice. Doritorii de a avea un cont PayPal vor avea nevoie de o carte de credit valabilă.
"Un cont de PayPal îţi permite să ataşezi un credit card sau mai multe, să efectuezi tranzacţii printr-un singur clic. Nu-i procesul tradiţional, mersul la bancă, scanarea buletinului, statul în rând, semnarea foilor, darea banilor cash, adică un proces foarte lung", a explicat Oleg Ciubotaru, expert în IT.
Potrivit experţilor, un alt avantaj al tranzacţiilor prin sistemul PayPal sunt comisioanele mici şi securizarea garantată.
Posesorul unui cont PayPal va avea o cartelă SIM cu semnătura sa digitală. Cartela va fi introdusă în telefonul mobil, care va servi drept instrument pentru cumpărăturile online.
În prezent, magazinele online din Moldova oferă posibilitatea de a vedea şi de a alege produsele dorite, nu însă şi posibilitatea de a plăti online.
"Sistemul de plată este obişnuit. Persoana poate plăti mai întâi la bancă, în numerar, venind la noi în oficiu sau atunci când curierul ajunge la client cu produsul. Cu Paypal şi alte sisteme de plăţi, efortul clientului este mai mic”, a spus Denis Sâscenco, reprezentant al unui magazin online.
PayPal a fost lansat în 1998. În prezent, acest serviciu este acceptat de toate marile magazine şi servicii de pe internet, având aproximativ 150 de milioane de utilizatori.

International Volunteer Academy www.volunteeracademy.blogspot.com is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the people (happy people–happy world) by implementing educational, investment, charity and development programs, creating various community service projects, providing health care services to those who need it. Currently we are looking for youth and partners worldwide.
Volunteer Academy relies on the efforts of interns and volunteers to make its programs to work for good and therefore we are very flexible and easy to work with. Having 10 years + experience we are looking for people with strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in international relations, social enterprise development, peace building, fundraising, NGOs or simple to have fun and travel. Groups of any size are also welcome. We are able to accept those that speak English, Romanian, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Hungarian, Polish, Slovenian, German etc.
Interning or volunteering is unpaid work but you will gain a lot of precious knowledge and experience for your life. We provide training at our office to make sure that you will be prepared and ready to handle any project or assignment that we give you. In addition, you are free to stay for any length of time, from 1 week (most popular) to 12 months and more. Volunteer Academy is able to arrange housing accommodations and provide you with various cultural excursions and experiences. Also by request we could organize business, study, scientific, research, student exchange, youth exchange, schools exchange, medical, religious, visiting holly places, history, wine, food, natural fruits and vegetables, rural, ecologic etc. programs and tours.
We do, however, ask for a one time donation of 100 Euros to cover the administration costs of arranging your placement here.
